Walkers highlighted some pleasant things about walking to LRT in their survey comments. Positive things about the walk to Raymond Station included: active street life with interesting stores and people, trees and the proximity to the actual LRT station.
Turn the lights on!
Looking at the maps from surveys, lack of adequate lighting is indicated in several areas. Comments from the survey also highlighted the lighting issue. One walker commented, “More sidewalks & better lighting needed, especially in the industrial areas around Territorial, Hampden & Vandalia.”
